35mm // Film

These are from a few weeks ago, when I took my Rolleiflex out. Unfortunately I made the stupid mistake of loading it backwards, so nothing came out!! I put so much thought and energy into that roll, I was so mad at myself when I realized what I did. I’ll never make that mistake again though, that’s for sure!

Someone asked me for photos of my new pup. I don’t have any film photos yet, but I have a couple Instagram shots Here and Here and Here. Her name is Beta and she’s been howling and crying all night, every night. Seems as though all she wants to do is cuddle, so when we go to bed, she doesn’t like sleeping alone and howls– such a horrifying sound coming out of such a tiny little animal.

Beta is so darn cute!! I hope to meet her in person one of these days :)

Your ocean images always make me feel so calm. Sorry to hear about the wasted film! I haven’t been shooting film much lately (lacking inspiration lately…), but I’ve been having lots of dreams about loading films into my camera. Strange.

that’s weird about your film dreams. maybe a new photo adventure is coming : ) maybe with me! hehe

aww, what a cute French bulldog! congrats on the new little addition. I know how tiring new pets are…my hubby and i got a kitten- who acts more like a dog. He also cries because he can’t sleep in our bed. He’s slowly getting over it though. It does get better :)

thanks, hannah! the crying is what kills me. hopefully she’ll feel more comfortable soon and stop crying. i wanted a kitty at first but my husband is allergic : (

thanks for the encouraging words : )

OMG your puppy is adorable! of course, any bulldog to me is the best ;) (we being the English bulldog family here, our second now 9 months old). there is a French next door of the same color – he cracks me up. the crying will get better, promise :) are you crate training? they LOVE having their “own” home/space, i recommend it, and it might help.
